2019-2020 SENIOR SWEATER DRIVE

Since May 2019, we had been collecting: 🧶 SWEATERS 🧦 WARM SOCKS + 👓 READING GLASSES for the 40 elders of Lomitas. So much effort + prayers to pull this off.
Box of goodies was shipped on February 19, 2020.

Since March 2020, we have been in communication with customs agents and representatives in an attempt to recover the goods for charity.  Unfortunately, our voices were not heard and due to the pandemic that began, it became impossible to get any progress or traction in our request.   

The saddest part of it all is that the elders never received the promised sweaters they so desired.
